Educational Zoo
West Alexandria, Ohio

Recognize us?

We may be more common to you than some of the other animals located here, but we are still happy to have you come see us!

Cindy Lou is a young red fox, newly added to the zoo. This picture was taken 3 days after her arrival. She was orphaned when her mother was hit by a car.Right now she shares her environment with Foxy, who has been at Heaven's Corner most of her life.  We also have another red fox and gray fox couple, Chester and Honey. They have a seperate area where they frolic and play.

Our donkey Stetson loves to get attention. But not as much as the long-haired pygmy goat, Snowflake, running up behind him. Snowflake has no qualms about 'butting' Stetson out of the way for some fresh leaves.

Shhh! Our pot-bellied pig loves to sleep the day away. But she'll gladly wake up for a tummy rub.

We have plenty of chickens running around.

We have several ducks that call our area 'home'.

We love to be petted and can't stop eating! Just watch your shirt sleeves - we'll munch on whatever looks good to us.

Bobby the bobcat is like most other felines, too cool to be disturbed by much.
